Cookie Daddy is dedicated to creating affordable luxuries for you. You are spending more money on our tasty treasures than you would for a “store bought” cookie and we want to make certain your experience is worth every penny.

In keeping with our quest for the best teas, coffees and wines to pair with our cookies, we tapped the talents of the best “beveragologists” we could find.  We’ve done the tasting and are thrilled with each of the selections.  They are all easy on your pocketbook while being luxurious in your mouth.  Please try them then explore other possibilities.  When you find something you really love, please tell us about it.

When it comes to the Milk Parings, we like them all – white milk, chocolate milk, hot chocolate.  We simply couldn’t decide that one was better than the other with one exception.  We found that a chocolate milk shake was mind-blowingly good with our Oatmeal Cookie with Chocolate Chips.

Sweet, salty, silky, sensuous…

Tea –Assam Mokalbari – This divine tea matches the Dark Chocolate with Fleur de Sel note for note with its deep, dark color and rich flavor.  It encourages the “Pop” of the Fleur de Sel while allowing a rich, luxurious finish.

Coffee – 21st de Septiembre from Zaragoza, Mexico - What a find!  This lovely coffee is incredibly aromatic with a full-body.  It offers rich, deep notes of dark chocolate, toasted nuts and sweet cherries.  Imagine how it compliments our sweet, salty Dark Chocolate with Fleur de Sel.  Or better yet…don’t just imagine it.  Try it!

Wine – We have chosen Gruet Demi-Sec, a sparkeling wine, made in the Champagne method, in New Mexico…yes, New Mexico!  Who knew?  Our guess is, it will surprise you.  It is slightly sweet, but the sweetness works well with the richness of the dark chocolate and the bubbles of the wine with the Fleur de Sel…talk about a flavor explosion!

Deep, dark, deliriously decadent…

Tea – Ruby #18 – This delicate yet complicated tea is a perfect compliment to the Brownie Cookie.  A magical floral nose precedes the delicate rose body.  It is the perfect compliment to this dark brown, velvety chocolate cookie.

Coffee – Magnolia Grill Blend – Deep, full-bodied and balanced with a hint of smoke in the finish, this coffee is sophisticated, bold and pleasant and enhances the deep chocolate richness of our Brownie Cookie.  What a perfect end to a special meal.

Wine – We chose Six Grapes Ruby Port because its rich nose of ripe plums, cherries and dark chocolate is as seductive as our Brownie Cookie. On the palate it's complex, with an excellent structure and a long, lingering finish, just like our Brownie Cookie…Yummmmm.

Elegant, exquisite, exotic, explosive…

Tea – Lung Ching, (Dragonwell) – Don’t be surprised by this tea’s pale golden-green color.  This tea is complex.  Lung Ching is as delicate as our stunning Shortbread with Coconut, Madadamias and Lime Zest.  But it doesn’t stop there.  The nutty nose is a perfect preface to the apricot overtones and intoxicating finish.

Coffee – Finca Nueva Armenia from Huehuetenango, Guatemala – This spectacular find is an heirloom coffee that sings with notes of caramel, milk chocolate and fresh summer fruit.  It would be hard to find a coffee that could better pair with our Shortbread with Coconut, Macadamias and Lime Zest.

Wine – When you discover a pairing that makes you “ooo” and “aaaahhh” as you eat and drink, you know you have found something special.  What we discovered is a German Reisling that is the perfect match for our Shortbread with Coconut, Macadamias and Lime Zest. And the specific Reisling we chose is a Joseph Handler Reisling from Germany.  Even if you don’t usually like the sweetness of a Reisling, trust us.  You’ll love how the Reisling and the Shortbread compliment each other…and in the end, the result is that they create magic in your mouth.  What more could we ask for?

Comfy, cozy, creamy, crunchy…

Tea – Kenya Mountain Estate – For such a classic, rich cookie, nothing but a deep, bold cup of tea will do.  From its earthy aroma to its lush finish, this tea marries perfectly with our Oatmeal Cookie with Chocolate Chips.

Coffee – Organic Espresso Rustico - In the cup, Espresso Rustico is full of nutty sweetness, dark chocolate, and dried fruit, all in perfect balance. The rich sweetness is off-set by complexity and a touch of bittersweet chocolate, and the aroma of dried fruit emanates from the cup. As opposed to the distinct regionality of other espresso offerings, Rustico is a sort of pan-Italian coffee blend, beautiful in its simplicity and directness.  And, needless to say, it brings out the nutty, chocolaty richness of our Oatmeal Cookie with Chocolate Chips perfectly.

Wine –To accompany our Oatmeal Cookie with Chocolate Chips we have chosen a new world Shiraz, Marquis Phillips from Australia.  It is jammy and yummy.  The appearance is opaque red-black with a purple rim. The aroma is of rich brown sugar, prunes, black fruits, earth. The palate is dense, silky, rich and super-ripe.  It is full-bodied, round, and altogether pleasure-bent.   As you can tell…we love this wine with our cookie.

Tangy, tingly, tartly tempting…

Tea – Mango Black Tea – This tea is the perfect combination of sweet mango flavor, herbs, and black tea, creating an irresistible and refreshing compliment to our Pistachio Lime cookies.  Have fun taste testing this pairing.  We think your mouth will be really happy.

Coffee – When it comes to world-class coffees, the cream of the crop is Ethiopian Yirgacheffe.  Medium bodied with soft floral-toned acidity, complicated by chocolate midtones and a nutty finish, this coffee is celebrated as one of the most unique and mysterious in the world and a perfect match for our exotic Pistachio Lime Cookie.

Wine – The lightness and freshness of our Pistachio Lime Cookie demands a wine that will dance well with a cookie that is so light on its feet.  Charles Bove Vouvray with its lemon color and bright finish fits the bill. On the nose, there are luscious fruit aromas - mostly nectarines, grapefruits, and pineapples with a touch of something floral. In the mouth, nectarines and pineapples are followed by surprisingly tart granny smith apples on the finish.   This is the type of wine that is fun to just sit and relax with, as its velvety smoothness is perfect for rolling around your tongue.  When you pair this Vouvray with our Pistachio Lime Cookie, you have created the perfect evening treat to enjoy alone or with an exotic friend.

Rich, romantic, ravishing, rare…

Tea – Imperial Earl Grey - Inhale the subtle, citrus-scented aroma that is derived from blending the finest black tea with oil of Bergamot, which comes from the rind of the Bergamot orange.  What better compliment could there be to our Ginger Macadamia Cookie on a stunning summer afternoon or a cool fall evening?

Coffee – Thiriku from Nyeri, Kenya -  Cultivated by artisan farmers, Thiriku is carefully picked when perfectly ripe, washed, and dried by hand in the legendary foothills of Mt. Kenya. This classically bright, complex coffee offers full-bodied notes of citrus, honey, and candied ginger.  If you love delicate, romantic flavors, this combination of cookie and coffee will not disappoint you…or those with whom you choose to share this taste treat.

Wine – Fruity and spicy Gewürztraminer is delicious with ginger flavors.  We chose Villa Wolf Gewurztraminer because it’s clean, fruity and wonderfully light on the palate. It shows off the aromatic charm of the variety with the deliciously juicy texture and a delicate aroma of spice and fresh roses.  Pair this beautiful wine with our romantic Ginger Macadamia Cookie and you’ve married the two sexiest flavors in town.
