Except as indicated in this privacy policy, Cookie Daddy will never sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose your information.
Consistent with our intent: We use two services to handle our transactions:
- Paypal provides payment services for CookieDaddy.
- Mail Chimp handles our email list and mailing service.
1) PayPal provides the storefront and transaction processing:
- Hosting the shopping cart for Cookiedaddy.com
- Collecting and presenting information to facilitate the sale including:
- credit card numbers;
- personal contact information;
- shipping address;
- Paypal provides payment services including:
- accepting credit card information and returning a status of approved or not approved;
- Paypal payments.
2) MailChimp provides email services for the Cookie Daddy Newsletter including:
- maintaining the subscriber list including subscribing, unsubscribing, spam filtering and ancillary services;
- hosts the email generation and distribution;
- provides web access to the newsletter for text only mail readers;
Cookie Daddy does not collect any information other than your name, ordering frequency and email address if you sign up for our newsletter either through our contact page or through the checkout process.
Credit card information is shared between Paypay only. Cookie Daddy does not have access to your credit card information.
The only personal information that Cookie Daddy does receive is your order information which includes your name and shipping address.
This information is used by Cookie Daddy solely for internal accounting and shipping purposes. We respect your privacy and your information will never be sold or distributed to any third party.
In the event of a problem with shipping, the information is retrieved from PayPal and used to assist in resolving the issue and then destroyed again.
All of our service providers have privacy policies consistent with our intent.
